- Initial Assessment: $110

Specialized Treatments
- Standalone Red Light Therapy: $22
- Standalone Shockwave Session: $75
Additional Fees & Policies
- Fees for photocopying a patient record, 20 pages or less: $30
- Photocopying patient records, each page after 20th: $0.25/page
- Completing a form: $30
- Late payment penalties or interest charges: 5% /mo for late payments
Missed appointments will be charged at the full rate. This is at the therapist’s discretion if there is not 24 hours notice given prior to cancellation, or if the patient does not show up at the appointment time.
